Due to the personalized and digital nature of astrology consultations and reports, refunds are limited and are provided only under the circumstances described below.

  • A payment is deducted but the service is not delivered.

  • A technical issue on our platform prevents the completion of a purchased service.

  • Duplicate payment is made for the same service.

  • The transaction fails but the payment is successfully debited from your account.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable once delivered or initiated:

  • Voice call consultations.

  • Generated Kundli or horoscope reports.

  • Personalized astrology reports.

  • Numerology reports.

  • Tarot reading sessions.

  • Vastu consultations.

  • Astrology remedies or recommendations.

  • Any completed digital service or downloadable content.

4. Consultation Cancellation

  • Users may cancel a consultation before it begins, subject to the applicable cancellation rules displayed in the app.

  • Once a consultation has started, it cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

  • If an astrologer is unavailable or unable to provide the consultation, the amount may be refunded or credited to your wallet, as applicable.

5. Wallet Balance

If your account includes an in-app wallet:

  • Wallet recharges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

  • Promotional credits, bonuses, or reward amounts cannot be withdrawn as cash.

  • Wallet balances may only be used for eligible services within the platform.

6. Failed Transactions

If a payment fails but your bank account is debited:

  • Please allow the time specified by your bank or payment provider for automatic reversal.

  • If the amount is not reversed within the expected timeframe, contact our support team with your transaction details.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
